Signatory on MoU of KUA-PPAS 2016 Postponed

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama acknowledged that signatory on the memorandum of understanding (MoU) for City Budget (APBD)'s Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS) is postponed. As he is still sweeping some Regional Working Units (SKPD).

But he does not mind about the postponement. Because he concerns about the correct discussion through e-planning and e-budgeting. "I don't mind if the signatory is postponed for a few days. I try to accelerate it (marathon checking)," said Ahok at City Hall, Monday (11/23).

According to him, there was misunderstanding in the discussion of KUA-PPAS. It was conducted manually. While Ahok wants it to be through electronic system.

 

"To discuss something, inputting the draft can't be manually. There would be someone changes the page," he asserted.

 

He does the sweeping as he just realized the discussion was done manually. "So when I realized it, I detain it. I check it first, I want the book to be printed from e-planning and e-budgeting," he explained.

 

Through e-planning and e-budgeting, Ahok told, the budget would be easy to be locked. Besides that, it can be known when the budget changes.

 

"So, if someday I find something different on each sheet, it has been locked and the hour printed on the computer system, it cannot be changed anymore," he disclosed.
